Why should you come to Coghill's when those big box stores offer 50-60% off framing?

Well the answer to that is simple. Those big box stores simply inflate their prices to ridiculous levels and then give you 50% off. We could do that, too, but why play those silly games? We just keep our prices REASONABLE to start with so you can get the best price possible any time! Savings that will make it worth your while to drive to Chester!  However, we don't sacrifice quality in the process, in fact, you will most likely get better quality!

We don't sell custom framing online as it is difficult to choose colors that coordinate with your artwork while looking at a computer monitor. Mat colors don't show up accurately on a computer, and it is very difficult to tell what that frame really looks like with your art. That's why we only take framing orders face-to-face in our store. You'll be dealing directly with the framer and the owner, so you can be sure your precious items will be well taken care of.

We’ll help you with your selections as much or as little as you want. We will advise you on the best ways to preserve and protect your artwork, but will never pressure you to spend more than you think is appropriate. And, while we might offer an opinion as to what we think will look best, what YOU like is really all that matters. We will never try to push our opinions on you. We have hundreds of moulding samples to choose from and most projects are completed in 1-2 weeks. We can sometimes complete simple projects the same day, if we have something in stock that you like. So whether you have an oil painting, watercolor, print, needlework (a specialty of ours), or perhaps need a special shadow box, come by and let us quote you a price. We have partnered with one of the largest distributors of prints in the world. Just go to www.localframer.com/coghill and have the prints shipped directly to you, or have them shipped to our store for FREE. We will notify you when they come in and you can come by at your convenience and pick them up!
